Mountain Blubird, the Idaho State bird.

The only time I have seen one of these beautiful birds was in City of Rocks while I was drawing near the Twin Sisters area.

At the top of the ornament is a wreath of Pinon Pine branches. At the bottom, a design of Indian Paint Brush.
